Ordering
Products are ordered by sending an order request from the product page. Your order is confirmed when we contact you to go over availability, payment and how you will receive it.
Delivery and pickup
You can ask for pickup or delivery on the order request. Delivery options, costs and timeframes depend on your location and are confirmed with you before payment.
Fitting
If you ask for Supernova 9 spotlights to be fitted, we will arrange a time for the install. Fitting is quoted separately from the product price.
Returns and faulty products
If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the problem, and we will work through it with you.
If you change your mind about a purchase, contact us to discuss it before sending anything back.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
