How much does a diagnostic assessment cost?
A Diagnostic Fault Assessment is $180 for up to 1 hour of fault finding and testing. A Diagnostic Fault Scan and Report is $180 for 30 minutes and covers a scan, fault code interpretation, basic checks and findings. A Vehicle Electrical Health Assessment is $150.
Which assessment should I book?
If a specific thing has stopped working, book the Diagnostic Fault Assessment. If a warning light is on and you want the codes read and explained, book the Diagnostic Fault Scan and Report. For a general check of the battery, charging and wiring, book the Vehicle Electrical Health Assessment. If you are unsure, call 0409 938 512.
Do you work on machinery as well as cars?
Yes. Diagnostics and electrical repairs cover vehicles, boats, caravans, campervans, heavy mining equipment and agricultural machinery.
What if my vehicle is not drivable?
Call 0409 938 512 and tell us where the vehicle is and what happened. Silver members get 50% off call out and breakdown calls, and Gold members pay no call out fee for emergency mobile work.
